"I'll Be Back"

Somehow I think Arnold sounds much cooler than me when he says that phrase...

But alas, "I'll be back" either tonight or tomorrow to post a little something that I've been reading about and that has been on my heart, but I just wanted to ask ya'll to pray for some friends of mine who are leaving the country tomorrow! They will be gone until this weekend, so maybe if you happen to think of them between now and then just pray for...
*safe travel there and back
*a HAPPY few days for their children and family who are staying home
*that they will have a blast
*and that God just blows their socks off!! :)

Thanks so much!! Back in a bit...
(sorry for any typos...no time to check!)

I read your comments often on the LPM website and thought I'd stop by and say hello.
I can relate to your testimony. I too, grew up in the church from the first Sunday after I was born. My dad was (still is) my pastor. I was saved & baptized when I was 8 yrs. old and have always loved Jesus and attending church. It was & still is my life.
Back in 2002 I attended my first Living Proof Conference with Beth Moore on the campus of Oklahoma State University. Something about her teaching and her genuine love for the Lord got a hold of me and I've been attending her conferences each year since and I help lead two of her studies each year at our church.
I always knew I was saved....never doubted that, but in the past 5 years I've grown to really love Jesus and have a relationship with Him.
I hope to talk to you again soon.
I'm supposed to be getting ready to head to my daughter's house (45 min. away) and here I sit!
This blog has blessed my life in so many ways. There are some awesome Christian women out there.
Have a great weekend.
Valerie

Hi, Abby! I've been a lurker for a couple of months, but wanted to come out from behind the curtain to thank you for introducing me to Brooke Fraser's music. Ooh! She's so good!

Looking forward to hearing what you have to share with us next.

Read your comment on Beth Moore's blog - Abby. I'm sorry about the shooting on your old campus. Yes, I had heard. I hope they catch whomever it was.
